@Samuel; This template uses JS thumbnail auto-readmore, so the image link in front page are dissapeared.
About the image size, you could change the size in EDIT HTML.

img_thumb_height = 120;
img_thumb_width = 180;
the size 120 is for the image height. while 180 is for the width.
